This Video Is Always Good for Some Perspective
There are some nice "Powers of Ten" websites where you zoom in or out very rapidly, to gain a perspective of the universe of very large and very small objects.
This short video does something similar. Some people use it to meditate on the significance (or lack of significance) of everyday worries within the greater cosmos.

That is one of the coolest things I have ever seen.
For us meditation-challenged folks, a little hard to pay attention through multiple screens of empty space, but the fast zoom-in at the end is well worth it.
Ah, but Chris--meditation on empty space is one of the most profound meditations there is.
