Here at Al Fin, we value the free access of electronic information--as you can see by scanning the sidebar links. It is good to hear about the Amedeo Challenge to medical authors to write and publish free, high quality medical textbooks. Amedeo operates websites that provide free medical textbooks, free medical journals, and free medical information.
