Chicago Mobocracy Prevails: A Pyrrhic Victory for Blacks

No group has suffered as much under the Obama presidency as American blacks. And yet like faithful servants, they continue to toe the line for the big man in the white mansion. They do expect some payback, of course. According to the NAACP, 95% of American blacks think the US government should give them jobs. 95%! That is roughly the proportion of blacks who voted for Mr. Obama.  Fantasy Island was never so whimsical.

It was an election day of rampant fraud, bullying, intimidation, and outright illegality. But the mob got the job done, and the nouveau haute noblesse are safely ensconced in the big mansion for another four years. Four more years of lavish parties, extravagant vacations, and policies of perpetual ruin.

Mr. Obama now has the flexibility he needed for dealing with Vladimir Putin's Russia, and all other antagonistic governments and popular movements. The US economy can now look forward to heavy handed bureaucratic regulation not seen since the 1930s under Roosevelt.

US business never truly recovered from the burst housing bubble and hyper-leveraged financials. Unfortunately, Obama never cared for the private sector that much, so business persons should not expect things to get better.

John Galt has not commented on the election results, but is said to be holed up somewhere in the Rocky Mountain west, growing a movement of rugged individualists and dangerous children.  More on that later.

"The beauty of corporations, whether in the US, Canada, Caribbean, UK, Guernsey or Jersey, is that they offer privacy," says Ahearn. A corporation lets you conduct business affairs anonymously. Utilities, property and other essentials can be leased in the company's name.

Learn to live off the grid
When you upload info to social networks, you grant them rights to share that data. "If you want to remain anonymous you can't rely on third-party entities," he says. Share images on your own password-protected website, and use Skype or email to stay in touch with friends.

Create an army of doppelgängers
To throw stalkers off the scent, Ahearn buys 30 different domains containing variations of his client's name and creates an individual social network for each one. He then splices real information about each client with misinformation about their location and activities.

Engineer your own identity
Open a bank account and deposit a few hundred pounds. Send the card to a friend in a different city and have them spend in small increments. If your bank statements fall into the wrong hands, says Ahearn, "They'll find those supermarkets and search in the wrong place".

Switch your contact details
Before you disconnect your services, switch the contact number they have on file for a police department's on the other side of the UK. If a stalker manages to get hold of it, they'll flag themselves up to the police. Make sure friends and work colleagues know not to give out your details.

Pack your bags
Choose where you can lead a normal life. "If you're a small-town English girl, you might find it difficult to disappear in London. Everyone wants the palm trees and beachfront life-style, but they can't always have it." Forget the beach hut in Goa: think two-bedroom flat in Oldham. _Wired

Alright. What you see here is just the beginning. You can read Ahearn's book, or any number of similar books for more ideas. Ahearn was once a skip-tracer who has presumably tracked down some of the best disappearing artists.

When designing your own disappearing act, be aware that no one method will be foolproof. Use redundant camouflage, and a mixture of disappearing "styles." Just when they think they have your method figured out, "poof!" you've magically transformed yourself using an altogether different style.

Incorrigible Doomseekers Profit from Your Fears

In the late 1990s author James Howard Kunstler argued that Y2K would bring civilization to its knees. That didn’t happen, but that didn’t lead Kunstler to rethink his views on the end, just the means....Stanford biology professor Paul Ehrlich and his wife Anne, who in their 1968 book The Population Bomb predicted massive global starvation due to overpopulation in the 1970s and ’80s. Was there starvation in those decades? Yes [There always is _ed.]. Was it massive and global? No. Were the Ehrlichs chastened? Not so much. While they concede their scariest doomsday scenarios were “way off,” on the larger question of looming disaster they say they were “too optimistic.” _Cecil Adams @ CityPaper

Incorrigible doomers glom onto doom-causes du jour such as carbon hysteria, Y2K, overpopulation, peak oil, etc. The cause is not important, it is the hovering doom that counts.

A couple decades ago climatology consultant Iben Browning predicted a huge earthquake centered on New Madrid, Mo., a well-known earthquake zone where seismologists have long predicted a future cataclysm. However, they’ve never given an exact date, because to do so is beyond the grasp of current science. Public reaction to these open-ended prognostications: yawn. Browning’s innovation was to assert flat out that the earthquake would happen on Dec. 3, 1990, backing up his claim with a convincing pseudoscientific spiel. Result: a media frenzy, but no quake.

...How do doomsayers cope when their predictions go south? There’s a common thread regardless of how delusional they are. In When Prophecy Fails, a landmark 1956 study of cultists awaiting a world-ending flood, psychologist Leon Festinger proposed his theory of cognitive dissonance, which describes how people rationalize their continued adherence to disproven claims.

The shrewder doomsayers do this too, but their rationalizing is often something like: all in the service of the greater good. You can’t blame them, really. They’re just making practical use of the paradox known to every politician who ever walked the earth: people will listen when you lie to them, and ignore you when you tell the truth. _Cecil Adams

The hucksters of doom have learned how to profit from your fears and your gullibility. They always have a book, a seminar, a newsletter, or other means by which to transfer your wealth into their pockets.

But don't be too complacent. When your government is run by fools who disregard the well-known hazards of excessive debt and demographic decline, hard times are waiting right around the corner.

The pseudo-intellectual fools who currently run governments, academia, the media -- the parasitic classes -- have over the decades bred and trained a large following of drones unable to think or act for themselves. When the true catastrophes eventually come around, there will be fewer competent persons to deal with them than there should have been. Thanks to trumped up worries over fantasies, combined with the studious obfuscation of potential problems that have been steadily building in seriousness within populations of the advanced world, there is a real danger.

But you will have to face it alone, or with small groups of like-minded persons who took the trouble to prepare. Most important of all, you will need to learn to conceal your preparations from the parasitic classes while at the same time recruiting as many persons from among your friends and family as you can.

The pseudo-panics caused by grifting doomseekers are just part of the rampant parasitism that thrives under corrupt governments and decayed cultures. We must take them in stride along with the rest, while stocking up appropriately for what may truly come.

Atlas Shrugged, Dumbed Down Electorate, and Idiocracy

Atlas Shrugged, The Movie Part I, is due to be released to theatres in one week. The book Atlas Shrugged was written by Russian emigre' Ayn Rand, in the 1950s, published in 1957. It is set in a society where people have forgotten how to think rationally, and are thus at the mercy of powerful groups who tell them how to think and what to do. It is a society very much like our society, and the book is a powerful cautionary tale for persons bold enough to think for themselves.

Modern society is breeding generations of persons incapable of rational thought, regardless of the amount of "education" they are forced to endure. In spite of everything, university students cannot think, cannot read or do maths, cannot write, cannot spell -- one could be easily forgiven for thinking that most college students do not actually belong in college.

Here is the problem with societies whose brightest lights are not so bright -- for whatever reason: The persons and groups that are chosen to lead these societies tend to exacerbate the "brain dimming problem," rather than to generate solutions to it. And so the process of "dumbing down" progresses along the path of least resistance until -- before you realise it -- a full-blown Idiocracy is in session.

From the point of view of schooling, when children typically enter first grade at about age 6 years, only one third are able to use any logical reasoning. That means that they are not ready for much of what is usually taught at that grade. This issue of readiness is a significant one for schooling and this table gives the first general information about readiness. Some teachers and principals have estimated for me that about one-third of the matters in junior high school require formal reasoning. Yet, at those ages (12-14 years) no more than 20% have reached that reasoning level.


That means that most of the children cannot understand the most significant matters being taught in junior high school. In essence they are being taught in a foreign language. The result is that such children begin to pay no attention and begin, as is now well known, to consider dropping out of school. When they arrive in senior high school and the lack of understanding continues, drop-out behavior becomes a real alternative.


Teachers surely know that there is a spectrum of ability levels of the children in their classes, but they don't know how to handle it. If teachers were really aware of the data in the table, they would know that significant modifications of their instructional level are needed for these non-ready children. That still wouldn't tell them what to do.


What is needed is what can be called cognitive level matching (CLM): matching the level of instruction to the expectations of the individual students. Now that we have the Shayer/Adey test (and others developed since then), teachers can discover the reasoning levels of their students and interact with them accordingly.


There is no question but that this is an enormous strain on the teachers, and requires that the teachers, too, be tested for their operating cognitive levels. The need for such testing is evident from the last line of the table which gives the data for adults. Adults remain at the highest percentage reached at the end of high school: only one-third can reason formally. So, acceptance of applicants to higher education schools should be based on testing of the cognitive levels of prospective teachers in addition to the information gathered from the usual SAT test taken at the end of high school for those preparing to go on to higher education. _The Fourth "R"

I think you see the problem with the all-too-reasonable recommendations given at the conclusion of the essay above: Teachers' unions would never accept the requirement that teachers actually be capable of rational thought in order to be employed as teachers. If ordinary members of government unions in Wisconsin were willing to skip work to demonstrate and occupy public buildings, faking medical excuses and abandoning their responsibilities just for the right to be forced to have union dues deducted from their paychecks, how do you think they will react if regulations come along that require them to be able to think like intelligent beings?

Modern dialogue at the highest levels is chocked full of logical fallacies. Even the more intelligent students are not typically taught basic reasoning skills -- nor are they given the ability to detect the common fallacies and illogical modes of reasoning. This lack of ability to reason is reflected in much "research" -- including research in sciences such as climatology and psychology. Naturally the problem extends down the bell curve (see graph at top) -- to the less intelligent. Overall, fuggiduhbowdit!

When faced with such a society of madly proliferating dimwits, John Galt chose to chuck it all and abandon society to its Idiocratic tendencies -- and he invited all rational and ethically ambitious persons to join him in safety. Society would eventually fall apart of its own inconsistencies and inadequacies, allowing Galt and his co-conspirators to return and help put the pieces together more rationally.

But fiction is fiction, and reality is fiction too er, reality, although often "stranger than fiction." If all the bright, competent, rational, and ethical persons dropped out of modern societies, it might be difficult to find enough working pieces in the aftermath to put together a functioning society. Difficult to say.

It is obvious that resources are flowing from the productive to the unproductive, and that the rapidly expanding government-dependent sector is on a determinedly kamikaze course.

You may not be willing to "go Galt," but you should have at least one fallback position. Preferably more. Optimally, a community of ethical, competent, and rational persons would stand ready to form a focus of competent recovery, should the situation warrant.

There is an ongoing counter-reaction to the Idiocracy, but the sheer numbers of Idiocrats and government-dependent persons argues against the success of the anti-Idiocratic forces. In modern societies, brain-rot tends to set in from the earliest ages and progress from there, unless the parents are truly exceptional.

It is likely to take a number of years for the parallel trends of societal breakdown to reach a climax -- if Obama is re-elected the derailment is apt to come a bit sooner.

Who Is John Galt? Who Wants to Know?

Atlas Shrugged Part 1 is coming to theatres 15 April 2011. Consider reading Atlas Shrugged, the book, between now and then, if you are unfamiliar with it.

The book was published in 1957. The governmental and societal trends it describes were well set in motion by that time. A second Jimmy Carter presidential term would have "sealed the deal," by making the trends virtually irreversible. Instead, a generation raised with the warnings from Atlas Shrugged and Orwell's 1984 helped to temporarily turn the tide in the 1980s.

US President Obama has been compared to a second coming of Jimmy Carter. Mr. Obama's revolution of hyper-statism has been somewhat slowed by the election of a "Tea Party" congress. Like the Reagan election of 1980 and the Congressional election of 1994, the new 2010 congress can be seen as a delaying action, at best. But having more time to prepare is only helpful if persons use the time well.

Who Is John Galt?

Since the Obama administration took office, "Atlas Shrugged" has been enjoying a renaissance with rising sales and library waiting lists, partly because it explains our current economic woes more straightforwardly than most of what we hear from today's experts. _IBD

What happened in Rand's narrative is coming to pass today, with an anti-business administration reviling private industry and capitalizing on crisis to expand and redirect investment within and between sectors of the economy — setting quotas, prices and compensation.

...The debt-financed Obama stimulus plan is not only failing to create jobs. It ratchets up systemic risk, inviting a currency crisis and bond-market collapse — from which recovery might be impossible. _IBD

Why were so many of the book's main themes replayed in the 1970's by the Carter administration? And why is the Obama administration picking up the failed banner that Jimmy Carter was forced to abandon?

You can pick up on plot summaries and book analyses online from SparkNotes and CliffsNotes. Eventually you may be able to see a movie version on the big screen, and documentaries may also help explain some of the ideas.

But those are all second-hand interpretations of what other people have to say about the author's intent. Regular readers of Al Fin will not be satisfied until they have read the original version in full. No, it is not a literary masterpiece. But when important ideas are being thrown about, one often adapts his critical meter accordingly. And honestly speaking, out of all the books you have read, what proportion were bona fide literary masterpieces? We read for many reasons, mainly to fertilise the mind.

If you are growing tired of the dunce-capped phantom of the Oval Office, and feel uneasy at the way the fundamentals of society (even the fundamentals of our civilisation) are deteriorating at an accelerating pace under the leadership of the O-P reich, you may want to reach out for more solid grounding and a longer range perspective. The Al Fin sidebar "Basic Reading" category provides links to various free online libraries for that purpose. But beyond the history and philosophy, sometimes a well-timed work of fiction hits the spot. For these times, I recommend Rand's Atlas Shrugged, and Orwell's 1984.

Waiting Out the Recession from the Sidelines

These are grim times for the US Dollar and US employment. The new US President and Congress are proving antagonistic toward business interests. They have been distinctly unfriendly to small businesses that employ most ordinary Americans. It is an unpredictable time to start a business, or to expand an existing business. No one knows what is coming from the green rookies currently in power.

The wisest and best informed observers recommend battening down the hatches for a long economic winter storm. More and more members of the US productive class have decided to do just that.

Year-over-year collections from withholdings fell over 10% during the most recent quarter, even though average quarterly unemployment increased “only” 3.5% during the intervening year. Many formerly well-paid employees are earning much less, paying not only less tax, but proportionally less as a percentage of their lowered income. Employees at the lower end of the pay scale are working fewer average hours. Given that most economists and other analysts both in and out of the government are saying that unemployment will stay high until at least late 2010, future year-over-year improvements in the withholdings number, which is by far the most important one on the list, are probably not on the horizon.

That’s especially true because the disincentives to work hard have increased significantly during this administration’s early months, and there are more possible disincentives on the horizon. This Forbes report by Janet Novack and Stephanie Fitch (”When Work Doesn’t Pay For The Middle Class”) explains how ugly the situation is in great detail.

What the Forbes pair is essentially telling us is that “Going Galt” has spread from the highest producers to above average and average ones. This, at least as much as the recession itself, explains why collections have cratered so severely, and why anyone expecting a robust recovery in money coming into the Treasury is probably setting themselves up for significant disappointment.

The establishment media’s failures to recognize and cover the “going Galt” phenomenon of the past 16 months, and the more recent “it isn’t worth it to work” trend, are two more significant journalistic oversights in a very, very long list of them. _bizzyblog

Al Fin predicted all of this well before the November 08 US elections. Anyone paying attention could have predicted that when faced with a rabidly anti-business, anti-energy, pro bureaucracy expansion, pro-taxation government, prudent private producers would cut back and step back from exposing themselves to ever more government abuse. The government has essentially declared war against the private sector. It is the oft-told tale of the scorpion, stinging the turtle upon whose back it is riding across the river. It always ends badly.

No one knows exactly what is going to happen next. The green rookies controlling the US government have proven to be both incompetent and over-reaching. The destructive aftermath from Obama / Pelosi meddling in the US economy will reverberate nationally and internationally for decades. During that time, the population IQ of the US will decrease from 98 to 95, and government education and state-controlled media will proceed to dumb down the population. You get what you vote for.

Is Lynn Tilton A Modern Dagny Taggart?

Dagney Taggart was the heroine of the Ayn Rand classic "Atlas Shrugged." Taggart was one of the competent pillars of American capitalism holding back the forces of government encroachment and societal decline. A gritty, smart, competent railroad executive, Dagny fought tooth and nail against the collapse of the massively interconnected economic system that she believed in, and played a large part in maintaining.

This determination to save the economic and industrial system of the US put Dagny at odds with the ever-grasping government -- and with a mysterious group of entrepreneurs, industrialists, and wealthy financiers who were disappearing from the face of the Earth. The ongoing disappearance of these important players in US and global capitalism made Dagny's work that much harder. When Dagny discovered that these capitalist cohorts were voluntarily dropping out of the system -- and inviting her to do the same -- she was infuriated, dismayed, and determined even more to succeed against all the odds. But that was before she met John Galt. Who is John Galt?

Lynn Tilton is the CEO of private equity firm Patriarch Partners. Tilton leads the $5 billion venture firm in the effort to "turn around" failing corporations and businesses -- to reverse the accelerating entropy of American business and manufacturing.

When Al Fin learned about Tilton's Old Town Mill project to take a defunct paper mill and turn it into a potentially thriving wood chip to bio-butanol to jet fuel enterprise, he was quite impressed. While the bio-jet fuel project illustrates Tilton's "turnaround" ability to anticipate trends and to turn "dust into diamonds", it is just one of many projects that Tilton is working on.

What would it take to convince a person like Lynn Tilton that "going John Galt" was the only viable alternative remaining? Quite a lot, I am sure. But Brocko and his gang appear to be doing everything they can to eliminate all viable alternatives.

I wish Ms. Tilton continued good fortune in her projects. Turning around the American economy -- and thus the world's -- is no easy task. Too bad the US has elected a government that is doing everything possible to make that task impossible.

If Ms. Tilton ever does go John Galt, you had best look to your bugout plans.

One Family Goes John Galt

He hunts deer and turkeys. Instead of buying books and going to movies, they visit the library weekly. For Christmas, they got canning gear so they can preserve the food they grow.

"The earn, spend, earn era has come to an end for us," he says on truenorthfound.blogspot.com, their blog. "The idea of living a fuller, more satisfying life seems simple to us now. ... Money, cash, credit, maybe they don't matter. Maybe, just maybe, it is those things that impede our ability to be truly happy."...They stopped using credit cards and they're trying to build up savings. "I'm working harder than ever," Patrick says, "but it's more satisfying work and ... it's much easier to sleep at night." _USAToday

It seems to be easy for tenured government-dependent clowns and incompetents to laugh at the "flyover country fools" who actually work for a living, obey the rules, and pay their taxes on April 15 -- so the tenured clowns can live it up and laugh at the "tea baggers." But mainstream freeloaders of one corrupt bureaucracy or another should have been paying attention instead of just laughing at the protestors. The people holding those signs are ordinary people who never considered protesting until now. Something drove them to that point of decision. And now they are considering a lot more options than simple protest. Many of them are considering cutting back on their economic activity. Cutting waaaaaaayyy back! As in John Galt back. Call it the "Obama effect."

Hard times are creating economic survivalists such as the Wojtowicz family who are paring expenses by becoming more self-sufficient.

Reviving "almost lost" skills and preparing for tough days make people feel more in control, says Charlotte Richert, consumer sciences educator for Oklahoma State University's Extension Service in Tulsa County.

Karen Gulliver, MBA program chair at Argosy University in Eagan, Minn., expects the movement to grow as the sour economy forces people to reassess priorities. People are asking, "Do I really want to be 100% vulnerable with no self-sufficiency skills if something happens?" she says.

Some signs of the trend:

•Stockpiling. When the stock market drops, orders surge for freeze-dried food, survival kits and emergency supplies, says Nitro-Pak president Harry Weyandt. One best seller: a $3,375 food reserve that feeds four people for three months.

•Gardening. Sales of vegetable seeds and transplants are up 30% from 2008 at W. Atlee Burpee, the USA's largest seed company. The National Gardening Association says 7 million more households will grow food this year than in 2008 — a 19% rise. A book on building root cellars is the top seller at Johnny's Selected Seeds in Winslow, Maine, supervisor Joann Matuzas says.

•Canning. Jarden Corp. says sales of its Ball and Kerr canning and preserving products are up more than 30% from 2008. Sonya Staffan, owner of The Jam and Jelly Lady commercial cannery in Lebanon, Ohio, is offering twice as many classes this year.

•Sewing. More people are learning to sew so they can mend clothes and make home décor, says Rachel Cohen, spokeswoman for SVP Worldwide, owner of sewing-products makers Singer and Husqvarna Viking.

•Relocating. Steve Saltman, general manager of LandAndFarm.com, a national real estate company, says more customers want to "live simply in a less-expensive place." Jonathan Rawles of SurvivalRealty.com says more people moving to rural areas "are specifically worried about economic and social instability." _USAT

This is gradual self-extraction from the mainstream economy. A form of stealth "John Galt-ing" that is unlikely to be broadly noticed until it has penetrated deeply into the productive population. There will be many levels of economic dropping-out before this Obama depression runs its course, and before much of the freeloading class is unceremoniously dumped on their asses. Obama himself -- and a large proportion of his zombie horde -- lacks the personal heft to ever comprehend what is happening. His brain-rotted following is quite large, so a rapid return to sanity is unlikely.

But if those who can, won't (at least not in the open where the tax collectors can see), eventually those who can't are going to have to either make concessions or do without. Interesting times. There are limits to what government borrowing, lightspeed printing presses, and Obamanamanomics can do when the wheels of commerce are starting to fall off the machine.

All Inexperienced, Incompetent, and Unqualified Americans Should be Proud -- One of Their Own Was Elected President of the US

...white people contacting me to say that I should be proud to see a black man become president. Could there be a comment that is more condescending, more insulting, than that? If I believed that in America a black man could not be president, then I would be proud to see any black man elected president. But because I always have believed that nothing in America prevents a black man from becoming president or anything else he wants to be, I can be embarrassed, not proud, to see someone as unqualified and inexperienced as Obama become president. _STL

Affirmative action -- promoting the unqualified to jobs above their capacity -- has done it again. Affirmative action and the Peter Principle work hand in glove to make sure the gunk rises to the top. Too bad for those who have to suffer through the consequences. But if clever PR can get a total zero like Obama elected president, think what it could do for you!

...henceforth no black man in America may be called unqualified for any job that he might seek, no matter his prior education or experience level. Want to be a nuclear scientist but lack a Ph.D. in physics? If the applicant is a black man, it's no problem. Just offer hope to the profession and promise change from all those stuffy theorems that have given the discipline its structure over the years, and you're in.

...Jackie Robinson, the first black man in modern-day major league baseball...was the right man with the right combination of talent, temperament and character at the right time to be successful for that important "first." Obama? An empty suit who will fail. _STL

Eventually, modern humans will grow beyond the faux multicultural fascism that spawned affirmative action and other "feel good doing the wrong thing" affectations of pseudo-ethics. In order for the current reigning paradigm of "elevating the incompetent" to be overthrown, however, entire generations may have to die off. That will simply depend upon how tired Atlas grows before he decides to shrug. Who is John Galt?

Who Is John Galt? Scaling Back In An Obamanation

The prospect of Americans (with the help of ACORN and other fraudsters) electing Obamanation to lead the developed world is weighing heavy on the minds of many American professionals and small business owners. Over at "Ask Dr. Helen", commenters are discussing ways in which they might scale back their economic activity under a full-scale socialist assault such as has never been seen in a previously free country. The ideas are interesting, and worth looking over.

If by hook or crook Obama emerges victorious next month, he will not just be the US President. He will likely be the almost uncontested leader of a powerful monolith of leftist oriented government, media, popular culture, and revolutionary-minded powerful interests--aligned nationally and internationally as never seen before. The momentum toward permanent revolutionary change will be virtually irresistable.

It will not be a situation like 1992, where early Clinton excesses led to the election, in 1994, of an opposition Congress. If the Entitlist, "Hollow-Man" Obama is enthroned in the Oval Office, he will assume a type of power only dreamed of by Bill Clinton or Al Gore. You can be sure that even if B.O. is unsure how to govern, he will be accompanied by a revolutionary cadre whose plans have been worked out years in advance--if not decades.

The overrunning of the university by leftist ideologues over the past 4 + decades is finally bearing fruit--in the electorate, in the media, in K-12 education, in popular entertainment, in the very mythology of the west. That is the type of undermining foundational change that was necessary in order for overt change of open revolution to occur in a formerly free country.

In the past, cheating at the polls occurred in mob-controlled areas such as Chicago, New York, Philadelphia etc. But the cheating now is occurring nationwide--just like in Zimbabwe, Cuba, or Saddam's Iraq. In order to achieve such widespread corruption, a lot of people had to work hard for a long time--and with taxpayer support as it turns out. If Obama is crowned in January, it will be because of the hard work of these mostly behind-the-scenes workers, bureaucrats, and elected officials.

So here we are, contemplating an Obamanation--the bringing of destructive power against personal and economic freedoms that rational Americans never believed possible. These storm troopers will quickly be voted the power by Congress to shut down all media that goes against them. Radio, TV, public forums, internets, wireless, print, and so on. Consider: If Google bowed to the CCP in Beijing to assist spying on dissidents, it is easy to imagine the same thing happening under Obamanation.

The election hasn't happened yet. But it is never too early to make advance preparations for a potential disaster. The radicals of Obamanation do not understand what makes free markets run. They seem to believe that wealth flows out of government, to whomever the government favours. That is certainly how things look from a third world perspective. They have a lot to learn about who "John Galt" is and what happens when the mainspring runs down.
