Surviving a Modern Race War Part I
Since the Soviet days, Russian intelligence agencies (see Mitrokhin Archive) and other groups have sought to incite racial hatred and violence in western countries. Isolated outbreaks of semi-organised racial mob violence has occurred in the US and Canada for more than 50 years.
Now, under US President Obama, racial antagonism has grown significantly worse. When the president of the United States tells all black audiences that "we've got to stick together," it is clear that racial divisions and antagonisms are also being stoked from the inside.
Humans are territorial animals, and history shows that it doesn't require a great deal of encouragement for racial, ethnic, religious, and cultural groups to resort to violence against one another.
In the US under Obama, one sees a growing malaise among people who have been forced out of work, or have been forced to work in areas other than ones for which they were trained or are better suited. One sees growing frustration among entrepreneurs and businessmen when they are restricted or prohibited by arbitrary government regulations from building and growing businesses and jobs. Greater malaise leads to greater frustration which may eventually lead to violence -- under extreme circumstances.
An example of how a limited, local, modern race war might develop in an inner city location, might help to visualize ways in which the reader might escape the violence before it begins:
It is unlikely that police forces will be able to act quickly or effectively to such agile riots -- deadly though they may be. A citizen reaction -- in the face of ineffective police response -- is highly likely.
As the violence heats up on both sides, those who wish to remove themselves from the cauldron of killing may discover that they have waited too late. The results of these clashes will frequently resemble the intersection of Florence and Normandie during the Rodney King riots in 1992, where Reginald Denny was pulled out of his truck’s cab and beaten nearly to death with a cinder block. If you don’t remember it, watch it on Youtube. Then imagine that scene with the mob-making accelerant of texting and other social media technology added to stoke the fires. Instead of a few dozen thugs terrorizing the ambushed intersections, in minutes there will be hundreds.Such "flash riots" will be facilitated by tweets, instant messaging, cell calls and texts, and other tools of modern communication -- making them more agile and targeted than earlier race riots that most cities may have seen in the past.
Rioters will throw debris such as shopping carts and trash cans into the intersection, causing the more timid drivers to pause. The mobs will swarm the lines of trapped cars once they have stopped. Traffic will be forced into gridlock for blocks in all directions. Drivers and passengers of the wrong ethnic persuasions will be pulled from their vehicles to be beaten, robbed, and in some cases raped and/or killed. It will be hyper-violent and overtly racial mob behavior, on a massive and undeniable basis.
Some of those trapped in their cars will try to drive out of the area, inevitably knocking down MUY pedestrians and being trapped by even more outraged MUYs. The commuters will be dragged out of their cars and kicked or beaten to death. Other suburban commuters will try to shoot their way out of the lines of stopped cars, and they will meet the same grim fate once they run out of bullets and room to escape.
The mob will be armed with everything from knives, clubs and pistols to AK-47s. A bloodbath will result. These unlucky drivers and their passengers will suffer horribly, and some of their deaths will be captured on traffic web cameras. Later, these terrible scenes will be released or leaked by sympathetic government insiders and shown by the alternative media, which continue to expand as the traditional media become increasingly irrelevant. _How America's Cities May Explode into Violence
It is unlikely that police forces will be able to act quickly or effectively to such agile riots -- deadly though they may be. A citizen reaction -- in the face of ineffective police response -- is highly likely.
When word is received that a flash mob is forming at one of their pre-reconnoitered intersections or highway interchanges, the SAV team will assemble. Sometimes cooperating police will pass tactical intel to their civilian friends on the outside. Some clever individuals will have exploited their technical know-how and military experience to build real-time intel collection tools, such as private UAVs. Police will have access to urban security camera footage showing MUYs moving barricade materials into position—a normal prerequisite to a flash mob riot intended to stop traffic. Tip-offs to the vigilantes will be common, and where the networks are still functioning, citizens may still be able to access some video feeds. Sometimes, police will even join the SAV teams, incognito and off-duty, blurring the teams into so-called “death squads.”More theoretical background behind the above author's thinking
The operation I will describe (and it’s only one of dozens that will be tried) uses two ordinary pickup trucks and eight fighters. Two riflemen are lying prone in the back of each truck, facing rearward, with removable canvas covers concealing their presence. Their semi-automatic, scoped rifles are supported at their front ends on bipods for very accurate shooting. A row of protective sandbags a foot high is between them and the raised tailgate.
In the cab are a driver and a spotter in the passenger seat who also serves as the vehicle’s 360-degree security. The two trucks don’t ever appear on the same stretch of road, but coordinate their movements using one-word brevity codes over small FRS walkie-talkie radios. Each truck has a series of predetermined elevated locations where the intersection in question will lie between 200 and 500 yards away. Each truck is totally nondescript and forgettable, the only detail perhaps being the non-MUY ethnicity of the suburbanite driver and spotter driving relatively near to a riot in progress.
By the time the two SAV pickup trucks arrive at their firing positions on different streets and oriented ninety degrees to one another, the flash mob riot is in full swing. A hundred or more of the rampaging youths are posturing and throwing debris into traffic in order to intimidate some cars into stopping. The riflemen in the backs of the pickups are waiting for this moment and know what to expect, trusting their spotters and drivers to give them a good firing lane. The spotters in each truck issue a code word on their radios when they are in final position. The tailgates are swung down, and the leader among the riflemen initiates the firing. All-around security is provided by the driver and spotter.
Lying prone and using their bipods for support, the shooters have five to ten degrees of pan or traverse across the entire intersection. Individual rioters are clearly visible in the shooters’ magnified optical scopes. Each of the four snipers has a plan to shoot from the outside of the mob toward the middle, driving participants into a panicked mass. The left-side shooters start on the left side and work to the middle, engaging targets with rapid fire, about one aimed shot per two seconds. Since the two trucks are set at ninety degrees to one another, very complete coverage will be obtained, even among and between the stopped vehicles.
The result is a turkey shoot. One magazine of thirty aimed shots per rifle is expended in under a minute, a coded cease-fire is called on the walkie-talkies, and the trucks drive away at the speed limit. The canvas covering the truck beds contains the shooters’ spent brass. If the trucks are attacked from medium or close range, the canvas can be thrown back and the two snipers with their semi-automatic rifles or carbines will add their firepower to that of the driver and spotter.
Back at the intersection, complete panic breaks out among the rioters as a great number of bullets have landed in human flesh. Over a score have been killed outright, and many more scream in pain for medical attention they will not receive in time. The sniper ambush stops the flash mob cold in its tracks as the uninjured flee in terror, leaving their erstwhile comrades back on the ground bleeding. A limited amount of this race war has already been under way since spring of last year (2011) in the form of flash mobs and mass robbery of convenience stores and the like. We will see more of this if Obama looses this fall. I think this will continue sporadically in the coming years.
The real race war will come when the sovereign debt problem becomes so bad that the Federal government defaults on its debt or massive inflation, and the welfare payments to the black underclass stop. This is when real hell will break loose, which will be sometime around 2030.
I am relatively safe in that I live in the SWPL city of Portland, Oregon. Portland does have black neighborhoods. But they are relatively small and I make a point to stay completely away from them. Portland has had several flash mob attacks as well as one flash robbery of a convenience store in the past year.
Seattle has a major black neighborhood that has become quite dangerous to non-blacks. There have been several attacks on the commuter train that runs through this neighborhood.

Of course if Obama is re-elected, the violence may actually be worse in the long run. The US debt crisis has already been accelerated by Obama policies, and in a second term with no re-election risks, all stops will be pulled.
Members of the Society for Creative Apocalyptology are advised to avoid likely flash points. The dumbed down politically correct masses, on the other hand, will likely have to learn for themselves, from experience.

I live in a large southern city and work down town. I am already planning my safety procedures for Election 2012.
I guess there is a fine line between being prudent and being a prepper. But - I am also planning for disruptions if an attack on Iran results in a electronic attacks on US banks and ATM networks.

I think what you mean is that more open, widespread, and violent black attacks on whites will occur when "da check" don't come anymore. A "real race war" doesn't happen until whites start fighting back AS whites, in mobs, targeting non-whites.
Two thoughts. First, just about the last thing that will be cut by the federal government will be the checks to the welfare recipients. Liberals know which side their bread is buttered on. Those checks will not be cut off, even though their purchasing power will decline.
Second, as I said, the race war doesn't start until whites start fighting back in their own mobs, and that won't happen until a critical mass of white men no longer have anything to lose. So far we still have a lot to lose. We have homes, most of us have jobs, there's food on the table. There's a high potential cost in taking vigilante action or "conspiring" to do so. Whites are going to have to get more desperate before they will do that.
How long will that take? Hard to say - it is apparent that it takes a lot longer for things to evolve than one might think from reading "doomer porn". But I do detect a lot of simmering anger among a lot of white men...one bit of evidence of this is the way that liberal news outlets generally do not allow commenting on news stories that have any racial angle, because there are so many angry white men making comments.

That's right. Welfare will be the last thing to be reduced or eliminated, for a variety of reasons (not only the one you mention). The debt problem will continue to worsen. However, the federal government does have $40-60 Trillion in assets (mostly land in the Western U.S. and Alaska) that can and will be auctioned off when push comes to shove, which will probably be around 2020. This will allow them to kick the debt can down the road for another 10 years or so. This is why I estimate that the final crunch will come around 2030.
I've not heard the idea of selling Federal land before. My first thought is that this seems unlikely because it would anger the liberals' core supporters. The white liberals see Federal lands as being as sacred as blacks see their welfare checks.
Are there examples of other cash-strapped countries selling off government property or land to raise money? There may be, but I can't think of any examples off hand. Instead, they seem to resort to money-printing and confiscatory taxes and controls.
On the subject of selling American assets to raise cash: I do agree that this sort of thing will be happening. There are going to be more and more Chinese and Arab names coming up as the new owners of assorted American businesses and real estate...just as they bought up the Chrysler Building in New York and other American icons.
If I was king of America, I would outlaw foreigners owning American real estate or businesses. Let them use the dollars they get in trade to buy our products, not our means of production. It's a very very stupid trade on our part to buy their Chinese goo-gaws or Arab oil and then consume those and give them ownership of our companies or swaths of real estate in return.
It's as crazy as letting them send their brilliant young people over here to learn the science, engineering, and business technologies that have given us our distinct competences and advantages over the years. It would be like a corporation inviting the junior executives of its competitors over to learn the company's trade secrets. Just suicidally stupid.

One way to raise the temperature is to practice Who...Whom jury nullification whenever you get the chance and advocate the same. When there's a good chance that those retaliating against flash mobs and other thuggery will be acquitted by the jury regardless of the actual law, this will embolden the looser cannons. But remember, you never talk about jury nullification as such inside a courtroom. It's always---the prosecution failed to meet the reasonable doubt standard in my opinion---no matter how airtight the case is.
Could the issue be forced 'accidentally' by simply refusing to raise the debt cap?

They're not allowed to buy anything really valuable such as valuable strategic companies, technology, etc. They're forced to recycle their dollars into Treasuries which fund America's military budget (often against their interests), and into things like American real estate which doesn't improve their productive capacity. They are lured to sink their dollars into US real estate because this raises US asset values, raising US balance sheets and their ability to command more resources, be leveraged further, etc. It sucks capital out of the foreign countries, and it is a way to buy off foreign elites by promising individual, private fortune. This was the case with Japan in the 80s, during which there was lots of media hype about Japan buying up the US. They weren't allowed to buy anything valuable but lead by the American establishment to sink their dollars into real estate and Treasuries.
It wouldn't really be a race war if it was just rioting mobs opportunistically looting the suburbs and suburbanites defending themselves, even if the mobs were black and the suburbanites white (as they would be in such an event).
A race war wouldn't be simply opportunistic rioting and defense, but cleansing of a given area of any and all members of a race, regardless of his or her behavior.

A militia would be better positioned to initiate a race war since it would have the means and organization to cleanse a given area once it attained some local control.
CWM: Sporadic racial rioting is not a race war, but could certainly signal the beginning of one -- or could be a surface clue of a pre-existing low level race war which has not been covered by the news media.
Ethnic cleansing can be the incidental result of rioting, rather than the overt aim. Many neighborhoods have been ethnically cleansed just by the entry of a few new residents, without violence. Gentrification is another form of non-violent ethnic cleansing.
The US military will not be able to count on the loyalty of its troops should it decide to intervene in a de facto, low level civil war. The Ft. Hood massacre was one small display of dissent within the ranks, displayed by an unstable member one small population faction. When larger US population groups are singled out for attack by the military, it should not expect unified discipline. Such a homeland military action would be a gift to America's enemies, external and domestic.
BTW - Land Grant Colleges are a perfect example of using Federal lands to pay for social programs.
Note: the land would not be sold off to pay debts. The land would be given as satisfaction for those debts.
