Fighting the Population Implosion the Natural Way--Sans Artificial Wombs, Sans Parthenogenesis

The celebrated population implosion in the developed world is being resisted by a few brave and stalwart men and women. Lacking the re-population tools of artificial wombs and parthenogenesis, they attack the population decline the natural way.

The Duggars are a family living in a 7,000 square foot home in Arkansas, that recently welcomed their 17th child into the world.

The mother claims it took her only 30 minutes to deliver, once her labour progressed.

Such news will displease many of the proponents of Peak Oil and Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming--who coincidentally are also advocating a large human die-off of five billion people or more.

Update: Here is an interesting Q & A between a feminist and a mother of 11 children, on the pros and cons of large families.

You say that, and yet these are the people who will be paying for other people's Medicare and Social Security for many years to come.

Being home schooled, they will be quite a bit better educated than government school graduates.

Being from a large family, they will probably want to have large families themselves.

Being instilled with traditional values of law-abiding self-sufficiency, they will probably not burden the criminal justice system nor the social welfare system.

Norwood, you seem to have a private grudge against people you do not know, for reasons that are not immediately clear from a rational viewpoint.
